Founded to address traditional inefficiencies, GoROG has emerged as one of the top AI cloud security solutions by eliminating the need for equipment installation or maintenance, thereby reducing costs and enabling continuous monitoring without on-site staff.

Problem

GoROG required a mobile app to deliver real-time, verified security alerts with visual context for immediate understanding. The notification system had to be instant and intelligent, leveraging AI security monitoring and verification.

Additionally, the app needed to provide users with access to live camera feeds within their security groups, requiring an invitation and access management system to ensure proper authorization, as well as live streaming via the RTSP protocol. The technical challenge was to create a seamless experience, ensuring a clear, fast, and reliable app in high-stakes situations.

Solution

Capicua developed GoROG's mobile app using React Native and Firebase Notifications for real-time security alerts. We created a comprehensive AI cybersecurity software with a notifications center where users can receive and accept invitations to camera groups, simplifying access without added complexity.

A significant UX enhancement was the addition of images to notifications, allowing users to see the alarm trigger before responding. This AI based security system aligns with GoROG's verification philosophy of context before action. Additionally, we integrated RTSP live streaming, enabling users to access live feeds from their camera groups directly from notifications, while maintaining secure access management.
